The discounted price isn't showing. Will I still get the discount? 

 

Some discounts require a code and some do not. The discount will always show at checkout; unless it states adjustment will be made at time of service. You can always click review before entering your personal information. 

 

Do I have to book online?

 

Yes. All appointments are made on our website. If you need assistance, feel free to text or email us during normal business hours.

 

The system is not taking my voucher. How do I book my appt.?

 

Text or email us your full name used, email address, type of voucher and type of service and we will respond with directions. 

 

 

Can I speak to someone on the phone? 

 

We respect our clients time by not answering while in session. The best way to reach us is text or email. We will respond as soon as possible. 

 

Do you take walk in clients? 

 

We are not taking walk ins at this time.

 

What type of wax do you use for brazilian wax?

 

Hard wax; no strip. We also have soft wax and sugaring for some services.


How can I book services that do not appear as an add on?

How long should my hair be for a Brazilian Wax?


We recommend the length of rice; not long grain. U can trim with scissors if necessary. More pre/post service questions/concerns, are addressed when completing the booking form.


How can I add services to my appointment, thats already booked?

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? 


There is a link in your confirmation email. The link will not work less than 24hrs before your appointment. Under 24hrs, cancellation fees apply and you must email or text us; see our policies. 


How do I schedule an acne treatment service? 


A consultation is required. Once you have had your consultation, we will provide you a link to schedule recommended services.

Do you offer male waxing?


We currently do not offer male waxing.
