Appointments require a deposit up to 33%. Appointments totaling less than $25, may require full payment. Some specials require up to full (non-refundable) upfront payment. 


We maintain a no refund policy. 


You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT OR ACCESS THE LINK IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 


CANCELLATIONS POLICY


1)MORE THAN 24HRS NOTICE -  SERVICE CREDIT EQUAL TO DEPOSIT WILL BE ISSUED; IF A DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED.

2)LESS THAN 24HRS BUT MORE THAN 4HRS - 50% OF YOUR SERVICE OR $25;WHICHEVER IS GREATER WILL BE CHARGED

3)4HRS OR LESS - 100% OF YOUR SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED


Example:


Service $100. Deposit paid $25.


Cancellation 


1) $25 credit will be issued to your account.

2) An additional $25 will be charged to your card on file. $25 deposit + $25 additional = 50%

3) The balance of $75 will be charged to your account to equal 100% of service.


IF A DEPOSIT WAS NOT REQUIRED, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED PER THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

Cancellation time will be logged by the time stamp on the received email or text . 

Removing a service under 24hrs, cancellation rules apply.

After 15mins, your appointment will be cancelled.
